Eligibility Criteria for SIDBI Grade A & B Posts

Educational Qualifications (as of 8/11/2024):

• Grade A (Assistant Manager):

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a minimum of 60% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

  • Professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, CFA, or an MBA/PGDM (full-time 2-year course) are also acceptable.

• Grade B (Manager):

  • Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

  • Post-Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).

  • Legal Stream: Bachelor's degree in Law with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

  • IT Stream: Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or an MCA.

Work Experience:

• Grade A: Minimum 2 years of experience in credit dispensation, MSME lending, or project management.

• Grade B: Minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in financial institutions like RBI, SEBI, NABARD, or scheduled commercial banks.

Age Limit (as on 8/11/2024):

• Grade A: 21 to 30 years (Born between 8th Nov 1994 and 9th Nov 2003).

• Grade B: 25 to 33 years (Born between 8th Nov 1991 and 9th Nov 1999).
