Refunds for Paid Exams and Assessments
For paid exams and assessments, no refund will be provided if:

You have passed the deadline to attempt the exam.
In cases where an exam or assessment is canceled or postponed by Urvara Academy, you will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the exam at no additional cost.
Refunds for Subscription-Based Services
Refunds for subscription-based services, such as access to our library of exam materials or premium study resources, will be provided under the following conditions:

Within the first 14 days of subscription: You are eligible for a refund if you have not extensively used the services (i.e., not downloaded materials, viewed lessons, or completed tests).

After the first 14 days of subscription: No refunds will be issued after this period unless there is a valid technical issue or content defect.
Non-Refundable Items
